Mission The heart and the purpose of anything we do at UCC, begins with joining in on the mission of God, and to partner with Him to see everything change. We believe that the Church exists to join God in the mission of restoration. Jeremiah 33:9 says, “Nevertheless, keep watching! I will restore this city and heal the wounds of my people. I will lavish them with peace and stability.” Since the heart of UCC is to align ourselves with the heart of the Lord, we are to care for those in our city as well as in our world.
Our desire is to see the mission focus, of loving and serving others as Jesus did, overflow into every aspect of life, including families, the workplace, neighborhoods, and school. We believe that Jesus changes everything, and as the Church we are called to be just like Him and by our love and unity, see our city, schools, families, and world change.
